Doses follow the ladder Temi's medication pages use. Your prescriber sets your actual dose.

Prices differ by state because pharmacies ship and price by state.

Brand-name Zepbound, for comparison

Eli Lilly's published self-pay price for brand-name Zepbound, per month. Temi does not sell it and does not mark up brand-name medication. It is here so the compounded estimate above has something to sit beside.

The medication prices here come from Temi's pharmacy catalog and are what you would pay if a physician prescribes. Your own price depends on the dose you are prescribed, the pharmacy you choose, and the state you are in, and Temi shows it to you in full before you are charged. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved generics of the brand-name products. A licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares each one for a single prescription.

Methodology

How this is calculated
The tool adds three things: the lowest medication price a partner pharmacy offers for your dose in your state, the $39 prescription service a non-member pays per order, and, in the full-year view, the Temi Care membership. A year is 13 fills, because a compounded vial is used for 28 days after it is opened rather than a calendar month. Temi Care includes the prescription service, so a member's per-order fee is $0.
Where the data comes from
Temi's own pharmacy catalog, projected from the same pricing code the medication pages use, so the calculator and the catalog cannot disagree. Membership and service fees come from the constants Temi charges against. Brand-name comparison prices are the manufacturer's published self-pay prices.

What this does not account for
Insurance, which Temi never bills. Shipping charged separately, because the medication price already includes it. Promotional pricing, discounts, and first-fill offers. A dose your prescriber sets outside the ladder here. Prices change when the catalog changes.

Why the medication price sits on its own line

Most GLP-1 programs quote one bundled number a month. That number hides how much of it is medication and how much is the company's margin, which makes two programs impossible to compare. Temi prices the medication at what the pharmacy charges plus a markup capped at 15%, and charges for clinical care separately. This calculator keeps the two apart for the same reason: you should be able to see what you are paying for.

Pay per order or become a member

Paying per order costs less if you fill occasionally or are still deciding whether to continue. Temi Care costs $449 a year and includes the prescription service on eligible orders plus unlimited $0 refills of your other non-controlled medications, so it can cost less across a year of continuous treatment. Switch the payment control above and use the full-year view: a per-fill view hides an annual fee, and a per-month view hides that a 28-day vial means 13 fills a year, not 12.

Compounded and brand-name are different products

A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy for one prescription. It is not an FDA-approved generic and it is not the brand-name product. The comparison below is the manufacturer's own published self-pay price for brand-name Zepbound, shown so you can weigh the two, not because they are interchangeable.
