Our mission
The simplest, safest way to access your medications
Temi is a cash-pay telehealth service for doctor-prescribed GLP-1 weight loss: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at pharmacy-direct prices, reviewed by a licensed physician.
We started Temi because getting the medicine you need is harder, and costs more, than it should be.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are in high demand for weight loss, but getting them is a maze: insurance denials, months-long waitlists, and telehealth programs that hide the real price inside a monthly bundle. Most people either overpay or give up.
So we built a straighter path. You answer a few questions online. A licensed physician reviews your request and prescribes when it's appropriate. Your prescription goes to a vetted compounding pharmacy, and you pay the pharmacy's price plus a small, capped markup. No appointments. No insurance. No surprise line items.
Our goal is simple: give every American the easiest, safest way to get the medicine they need. GLP-1 weight loss is where we start.
Safe, affordable medicine, and you always know the price
- Doctor-prescribed GLP-1s: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, written by a licensed U.S. physician.
- Pharmacy-direct prices with a markup we cap at 15%. We make our money on care, not on your medicine.
- A licensed physician reviews every order before it ships.
- 100% online. No appointments, no insurance, no waiting rooms.
Here's exactly how we price your medication
You should know what your medicine costs, and why. So we show you before you pay. Here's how the price is built:
- The pharmacy's price, plus a markup we cap at 15%. That ceiling is the most we ever add to the medicine. It funds returns and the discounts we pass back to you.
- A flat $139 a year for your Temi membership. That one fee, not the medicine, is how we make money.
- No per-prescription fee and no surcharge. Members skip both.
Not a member yet? You can still order: $48 per prescription plus a 5% surcharge on the medicine, with no yearly commitment. If you plan to stay on a GLP-1, the membership pays for itself.
Every prescription, reviewed by a doctor
Every Temi prescription is reviewed and written by a licensed U.S. physician. Our founding clinician, Dr. Kevin Brandstetter, is a board-certified emergency physician (ABEM) who has spent more than twenty years in the ER.
Two checks stand between you and a medicine you shouldn't take. First, a health questionnaire screens for the conditions that make a GLP-1 unsafe. Then a physician reviews your history and decides. If a GLP-1 isn't right for you, we don't prescribe it, and you're never charged for the medication.
Everyone deserves the simplest, safest way to access their medications.
