6. Data Retention

Account and Non-Medical Data. We retain your account information, usage data, and payment records for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete this data within 90 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis consistent with our backup retention schedule.

Exceptions. We may retain data beyond the 90-day deletion period where required for: tax and accounting compliance; chargeback or payment dispute resolution; fraud prevention; active litigation or legal hold; or security incident investigation.

Medical Records. Medical records are retained in accordance with applicable state medical record retention requirements, which override deletion requests. Records cannot be deleted during legally required retention periods. See the Medical Privacy Notice for details.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Breach Notification

In the event of unauthorized access, acquisition, or disclosure of your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable state breach notification laws (including California Civil Code § 1798.82).
