Temi vs. Henry Meds: bundled pricing against itemised
Medically reviewed by Kevin Brandstetter, M.D.Last reviewed September 28, 2026
Henry Meds now publishes a starting price: compounded GLP-1 plans from $179 a month, covering provider visits, medication, supplies and ongoing support, with no insurance involved [1]. Evaluations are free, and you pay only if prescribed. Temi itemises instead: compounded semaglutide from $59.99 per vial plus a flat $39 service fee [3].
The core difference
The two sit on opposite pricing philosophies. Henry sells a subscription. One monthly payment covers the provider visits, compounded medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing care, which Henry says comes without hidden or surprise fees [2]. When this page was first written, Henry's treatment pages carried no figure. They now do: its GLP-1 page says medication varies by plan and dose but starts at $179 a month, all-in [1]. Henry offers monthly and longer-term plans, and ships every 45 days for injectables. It has also added a free, no-obligation evaluation, so you are charged only if a provider prescribes. Temi does not bundle. You choose a named compounding pharmacy, see its per-vial price and a flat $39 prescription service fee, and pay per order: compounded semaglutide from $59.99 per 7.5 mg vial, compounded tirzepatide from $104.99 per 8.5 mg vial [4]. Henry's model rewards people who want one predictable bill; Temi's suits people who want to see each line and avoid a subscription.

Where the other provider offers more
Henry's bundle has real advantages. Everything arrives under a single charge — consultation, medication, injection supplies, shipping and follow-up care — so there is no service fee to add and no pharmacy to choose [2]. The free evaluation removes the cost of finding out you are not eligible, which Temi does not match: if a Temi request closes before a prescription is sent, the $39 review fee still applies. Henry also offers a live video visit where state rules allow a choice, which some people prefer to a written questionnaire, and it treats more than weight, with women's HRT, testosterone therapy and erectile dysfunction under the same account. Its longer-term plans can lower the monthly cost for people who expect to stay on treatment. If one predictable bill and a face-to-face consult matter more than itemised pricing, Henry is a reasonable fit.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Henry Meds cost per month?
Henry's GLP-1 page says the price varies by treatment plan and dose but starts at $179 a month, covering provider visits, medication, supplies and ongoing support [1]. It does not break out a separate figure per medication on the pages we checked. A Temi compounded semaglutide order starts at $59.99 per vial plus a $39 service fee [3].
Does Henry Meds take insurance?
No. Henry describes itself as a no-insurance service with one monthly payment and no insurance claims to deal with [2]. Temi is also cash-pay only and never bills insurance. If you have coverage for a brand-name GLP-1, neither service will bill it, so check your plan's own options too.
Is Henry Meds legit?
Henry Meds is the trading name of Adonis Health Inc. Its site says care is provided by licensed healthcare professionals, and it works only with licensed US compounding pharmacies [2]. Like every compounded provider, it states that compounded medicines do not go through FDA pre-market review. Read the terms and refund policy before choosing any provider, including Temi.
Is the Henry Meds evaluation really free?
Henry says its evaluation is free and no-obligation for many treatments, and that you are only charged if medication is prescribed [2]. At Temi, the card is held at checkout; if the request closes before a prescription is sent, only the $39 review fee is charged and the medication hold is released [3].
How long does Henry Meds take to ship?
Henry's FAQ says most people receive medication within 8–10 business days after speaking to their provider, then a shipment every 45 days for injectables or 90 days for oral tablets. California can take longer because of extra compound testing rules [1]. Temi's medication ships from the pharmacy you choose at checkout.
What happens if I cancel Henry early?
You can cancel at any time through the patient portal, by email or by phone. On a multi-month plan you may be required to pay out the rest of the balance unless a provider decides you cannot continue for medical reasons [1]. A Temi order is a single purchase, with nothing recurring to cancel.
Do I need a video visit with Henry?
It depends on your state. Henry says you can book a face-to-face video visit, or in some states choose a provider review without video, and message your provider through a secure portal [2]. Temi uses a written questionnaire reviewed by a licensed Temi physician, which suits people already on a stable regimen.
What are the alternatives to Henry Meds?
If you prefer paying per order rather than subscribing, Temi prices each vial separately. If you want a bundle with an insurance option, Found publishes per-cycle prices by plan length. Our Temi vs. Found and Temi vs. Remedy Meds pages compare those models with current figures.
