Finally got the appetite suppression and lack of food noise everyone’s been talking about.
I started back in February on 0.25mg. Felt some appetite suppression and noise suppression, then I made a dumb decision and after 2 months, switched to tirz. For me, that fucked everything up. Food noise and appetite were raging, even as I kept titrating up on Tirz. I decided to switch back to Sema, titrating up and up and up and NEVER FEELING A GD THING. I thought I had messed it up for myself. That these meds weren’t gonna work for me anymore. Today I finally got up to 1.7mg and YAY I FINALLY FEEL WHAT EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT. I am truly flabbergasted. I took my first dose of sema a couple of days ago, and my knee pain has vanished. I have struggled with “runners knee” for years. It’s been particularly bad the last year, restricting my mobility and ability to do long runs.
