Out of refills at Cost Plus Drugs

When your Cost Plus prescription runs out of refills or expires, the Cost Plus site offers to request a renewal from your doctor. There is a faster way.

What the renewal button does

Cost Plus faxes a renewal request to your doctor's office. These faxes often go unanswered, and Cost Plus will not follow up with you if nothing comes back. You can wait days without knowing that nothing is happening.

The faster path: request a refill through Temi

Request a refill through Temi instead. After a clinician reviews and approves your request, we send a new prescription directly to Cost Plus. A new prescription also comes with a fresh expiration date and its own refills.

Want a 90-day supply?

Cost Plus fills exactly what the prescription says. A 30-day prescription cannot be filled as a 90-day supply, no matter how many refills are left. If you want a 90-day supply, let the care team know in a message when you request your refill, and the clinician will consider it during review.
