Your prescription cannot be filled until it links to a Cost Plus account. Create your account at costplusdrugs.com as soon as you request your medication, so the account is ready when your prescription arrives.
Your details must match exactly
Cost Plus links your prescription to your account by matching your personal details. If anything differs, the prescription never appears in your account, and the pharmacy will not call to tell you. This mismatch is the most common problem patients hit.
We send your prescription with the details on your Temi profile, so register with exactly the same:
- First and last name, including any middle initial. If your last name has a hyphen or a space in it, keep it identical.
- Date of birth
- Address
- Phone number
What happens after we send your prescription
- Your prescription appears in your Cost Plus account within 24 to 48 hours.
- Cost Plus notifies you that it is ready to fill.
- You log in, place the order, choose shipping, and pay.
- Processing takes 2 to 3 business days.
- Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 postal days. Expedited shipping takes 2 to 4 business days.
Cost Plus ships orders twice a day, so medication often arrives sooner than these estimates.
