Price Match Guarantee

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Temi strives to offer the best public cash-pay price on every compounded GLP-1 medication. If you find one lower, we'll match it for your next refill.

What qualifies

We'll match the price of the same compounded medication if:

• It has the same active ingredient (semaglutide, tirzepatide, or orforglipron) as your Temi medication.
• It's the same dose — mg per week for injections, mg per day for tablets.
• It's the same vial size or tablet count as your Temi medication.
• The price is public on the competitor's website — no account or referral code needed to see it.
• It's the competitor's regular ongoing price, not a promo, intro, or first-month offer.

The price match is available to current Temi patients for medications you're actively receiving from Temi.

How to request a price match

Email support@usetemi.com with the subject line "Price match request" and include:

• A link to the competitor's price page
• A screenshot of that page
• The Temi product you want matched

We'll review your request, usually within three business days, and email you either way. If it qualifies, the matched price applies to your next refill. The match covers one refill — send a new request at each refill to keep it going. Temi may limit price matches to one per refill cycle per patient.

What we can't match

• Promotional, introductory, first-month, trial, limited-time, or coupon prices.
• Prices that aren't public on the competitor's website, or that require an account, referral code, or intake completion to access.
• Brand-name medications (Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®, Rybelsus®, Foundayo®).
• Price errors or pricing not honored by the competitor.

Temi has the final decision on any price match.

Changes to this policy

Temi may change the terms of this policy at any time.
